Ryan Jao joined FIS Tax Information Reporting Suite (FIS, formerly Wall Street Concepts) in August of 2001. He is the Product Manager of our Fixed Income Cost Basis Reporting services and Mortgage-Backed Income services. His responsibilities include identifying new data process frameworks related to fixed income instruments, enhancing the data validations and solicitations of tax information from issuers, and performing periodic system checks to ensure service quality. He also addresses client inquiries regarding these services and is a presenter at our annual Workshop and Tutorial.

Ryan holds a BBA in Finance from Baruch College, City University of New York.
