Mr. Icart joined Wall Street Concepts (WSC) in March 1996 as Director of Sales and Marketing. His current objective is to expand WSC' existing tax reporting services. He intends to accomplish this by working closely with the firm's clients and product development team to develop new products and services that meet evolving regulatory requirements and address customer needs.

Prior to joining WSC, Mr. Icart was employed by Dow Jones Telerate, where, as a Senior National Account Manager, he managed and expanded the revenue of the firm's largest and strategic global clients by working intimately with a variety of divisions of the financial industries' largest firms.

Mr. Icart brings over 8 years of extensive sales, marketing, and business experience to WSC. With his high energy and client-driven approach, combined with the expertise of WSC's staff of experienced professionals and its leading edge technology, Mr. Icart anticipates a significant increase in the size and scope of the company's presence within the financial services industry.

Mr. Icart holds a BA in Management and Finance from Shippensburg University.
