Ms. Folliard brings a well-rounded background from the financial services industry to her position at Wall Street Concepts (WSC). She worked in retirement planning at Merrill Lynch and Prudential Securities, and served as Government Reporting Supervisor at Drexel, Burnham, Lambert. 

At WSC, Ms. Folliard's area of concentration is in Holding Period Specific (HPS) and Real Estate Mortgage Investment Conduit (REMIC) reporting, serving most of the world's most respected brokerage firms. Ms. Folliard maintains a close working relationship with the firm's clients. She has established a system of checks and balances to ensure that WSC's service to its clients is of a high standard. She also keeps the clients informed by issuing regular bulletins containing information that is of interest to them.

She is currently working on an outreach system that will bring together representatives from the firm's regional client groups to discuss tax issues and to better understand their needs.
